1. What is U-Feast?

U-Feast is the new way to dine. We are a social community of food and drink lovers who are always looking for the next great experience.  We host epic dining experiences in some of the city’s hottest spots.

We offer pop-up style dining experiences where we offer a multi-course dinner that includes alcoholic beverages and tips.

2. Why should I sign-up?

You can browse our upcoming experiences anytime, but you’ll need to be a U-Feast member to book one of our epic dining experiences. Membership is free. Simply sign-up with an email address and create a password to book.

3. How do your experiences work and how doI make a purchase?

U-Feast experiences are as delicious as they are fun. All of our experiences have been U- Feast taste-tested to ensure that you’re experiencing something truly special. You can browse our roster of experiences online. There you will find all of the menu details and information about the chefs and venues. When you find an event that you like, simply click the “Book Now” button which will take you through to our purchasing page. Once you’ve completed your booking you will receive an email confirmation. Then all you have to do is show up and enjoy.

4. Do you store my credit card information and is it safe?

For your security and privacy, we do not keep your payment information or other personal information on file. We only keep your name, email address and password on file and that’s it! This is the reason you will need to re-enter your credit card information every time you buy a seat.

5. What is included in the price of a U-Feast experience?

All U-Feast experiences are wallet-free. A U-Feast experience includes a multi-course meal, beverages and gratuity.

6. Can I bring a friend?

Of course! The more the merrier. You can purchase a ticket for a friend, but since membership is free and you get a $10 referral credit for each friend you refer who books an experience – why wouldn’t you? Simply click the Invite a Friend link at the top right-hand corner of your page to send them your unique referral code. You will be giving them a $10 referral bonus (that’s $10 on top of their sign-up credit). Friends who eat together, stay together.

7. How does the Invite a Friend program work?

It’s simple. Simply log-in to your account and click the Invite a Friend link on the top right-hand corner of your page. You’ll be sending them a bonus $10 referral credit (which is a bonus on top of the $10 sign-up credit they will get just for signing up). When they book their first U-Feast experience, you will get a $10 referral credit automatically deposited into your account. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite or on how many vouchers you can earn by inviting them so feast on!

8. Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

If you have dietary restrictions, please email us at hello@ufeast.com before you make your booking. Many of our meals will be able to accommodate certain dietary restrictions or food allergies but there may be circumstances where we can’t.

9. Is there a dress code?

Nuh uh. We just want you to have a good time and be comfortable. However, there may be the odd event where the dress code may vary to remain consistent with the theme and venue. Any special dress code requirements will be detailed on the experience page.

10. How does seating work at your events?

Seating is open and first come, first served. If you are attending an event with friends but booking separately, please ensure that you let us know in the special requests and dietary restrictions box at checkout to ensure we seat you together. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.

11. How do I redeem my U-Feast credit or voucher?

To use your U-Feast credit or voucher, simply click the “Buy Now” button for the experience you want to attend and you will taken to the checkout page. Once you have selected the number of seats you want book, you can select the dropdown menu “Use Existing Vouchers” which will list all the available credits or vouchers you have available to redeem towards your purchase. Your discount will be automatically applied to the purchase price.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

All U-Feast experiences are non-refundable. If you can’t make it to an experience you can give your ticket to a friend to attend in your place. In extenuating circumstances, we can issue you a credit in the amount paid towards a future U-Feast event. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
