(2.5 oz. Cocktail)
High Ball/ Built in Glass/ Lime Half wheel/ Straw
– 1.5 oz. Black Cow Vodka
– 0.50 oz. Giffard Ginger of the Indies
– 0.50 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
– 0.50 oz. Pineapple Juice
– Splash Absinthe
– Top Up Ginger Beer
This refreshing drink has an awesome balance of tropical citrus and sweet with the lime and pineapple juices, with pleasant spice from the naturally extracted essence of Giffard Ginger of the Indies.
